You get 6 lessons per week in ‘instructor and team builder’.
In some of the classes, we fill your backpack with knowledge about project management – including coaching, communication and collaboration, idea development and goal setting, pedagogy and didactics as well as evaluation and association theory.
In other classes, you also get the opportunity to prepare the projects together with the other instructors and team builder students. And it is especially when you test yourself and put your knowledge to use on the projects that you develop your social and personal skills as a project manager. At the same time as you gain organizational and managerial experience. Often the big aha experiences happen in the background, when we evaluate our projects together afterwards.
Maybe we should have communicated differently? Why did something go better than others? What role do I play in the project collaboration and what are my strengths that I can practice further?
In the school’s other subjects, you are included on an equal footing with the school’s other students, but we like to experience that the instructor and team building students take on the role of initiators of activities for the school’s other students.
