How do I find out if my fitness has improved? Is my new strength training program working? Can the fat meter really measure my body fat percentage? Am I explosive?

We put these questions to the test. We use advanced measuring equipment in our test center as well as simple tests that only require a pair of running shoes. We also discuss testing as a tool in relation to e.g. motivation and effectiveness in training.

We test ourselves using our advanced test centre as class room, but we also focus on the training that creates physical development. The purpose is to increase your knowledge about the effect of your own training - or other people's training - and how you can evaluate/test your own training.

To me, it has always been interesting to know more about why my training has given results – or in some cases – why there has been no result.

In this class we have rich opportunities to get to know more about how the body reacts to a certain amount of training. Not just by looking at the muscles or experiencing an improvement in your endurance or your explosiveness, but by understanding the mechanisms behind the results. That is very interesting. And that knowledge will not only buy you credit with your training buddies, but also on a possible futures course of studies in sports or health!
