Fitness Team Training
You will be introduced to different types of team training, such as powerdance, step, bodytoning, aerobics, zumba, combat and more. We develop choreographies from simple steps to more challenging ones and your level is our starting point.
In cooperation with the Danish Gymnastics and Sports Association, we also offer an Instructor certification as a fitness team instructor. Obtaining the certificate will challenge you not only on choreography, but also your personal and pedagogical competencies.
Purpose of fitness team training
The purpose of the subject is to develop your practical skills and qualify possible new instructors to teach in local clubs and fitness centers.
You will develop:

Choreography, pulse and power
The class is a combination of different types of team fitness e.g. Step, power dance, bodytoning, zumba, attack, combat and high intensity.
The lessons will mainly be practical. There will be inputs of theory, which gives you the best basis for working with team fitness. It can be choreography, music theory, basic steps and physiological aspects of training. Theory will be combined with practical exercises and be a part of the practical training.
Basic team fitness instructor certification
In team fitness you have the chance to become a team fitness instructor. We offer the certification in cooperation with the association “bevæg dig for livet” fitness. The instructor certification lessons will give you a lot of challenges and skills both at a personal and professional level. You will receive a certificate for your skills as a team fitness instructor.
