When you search the web, you leave an electronic trail that reveals which websites you’ve visited. This happens because your browser sends information about you to the servers with which it communicates. Your browser thus also talks to our server. This information is used to help us see which pages are most popular and to construct the pages so that as many people as possible enjoy our pages. In these statistics you are completely anonymous. This is done through Google Analytics.

When you write an e-mail, call us on the phone or order material, we ask for information about you so that we can contact you. This information is stored in our systems. We do not resell or provide this information under any circumstances. You can always indicate if you do not wish to be contacted – and of course you can always change your mind.

When you register for courses and lectures, we process your contact information. It is, so to speak, the physical address of your computer. It is only used in the event that we detect abuse of the system, so that we can locate the computer from which the abuse occurred. At the same time, it is a statutory requirement that you provide your social security number for courses eligible for subsidy. This information is stored securely in “De Frie Skolers EDB-Brugs” and is only passed on to state authorities. When you pay online, the information is of course sent over a secure connection. We never store information about your card on our server, but use a secure payment solution, which is located at Quickpay, which is one of Denmark’s best online payment solutions.

According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially.

We store your personal information on restricted-access computers located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are reviewed on an ongoing basis to determine whether our user information is being handled appropriately, while still respecting your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security of data transfers via the Internet. This means that there may be a risk of others unjustifiably forcing access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You thus submit your personal information at your own risk. The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data. To the extent that personal data about you is processed, according to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to be informed of which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that this be corrected, deleted or blocked. You can object at any time to information about you being processed. You can also revoke your consent at any time. You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. Complaints are submitted to the Danish Data Protection Authority, cf. section 58, subsection of the Personal Data Act. 1.

We do not send email advertisements without your active consent. If you do not agree with the fact that you have given it to us, you can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter using one of the links at the bottom of the sent newsletter. All our newsletters are handled by Mailchimp.

When you send information using forms from our site, it takes place via a secure connection with a certificate issued by Letsencrypt. All our pages are displayed through a secure connection.

We will read your email as quickly as we can and get the right person to respond to it. We try to respond to the email the same day we receive it, but in any case within three working days.

You naturally have the right to access the information we have registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Vejle Sports School via email. In connection with courses, we can of course only delete information that has become obsolete, as it must be used for reporting to the state.
