Power Fitness

Prepare for workouts with lots of intensity, music and energy. We mix crossfitness, spinning and boxing evenly to get an allround training in an intense atmosphere.

You will learn more about the technique in the individual disciplines and you will learn how to put together an effective training session.

The course offers an introduction to each discipline, where you get to know different exercises. We will practise each discipline approx. once every week, where we chase the special kick of each discipline.

CROSSFITNESS, SPINNING & BOXING

The cross fitness classes are a mixture of core strength and fitness exercises through workouts of the day (WOD) with a focus on various functional whole-body movements.

The boxing classes offer lots of sweat when we channel all our energy through kicks and punches. The classes will be a mix of physical training and technical boxing / kickboxing.

In our indoor cycling room, we chase “spinners high”, while increasing our fitness and working out the back, stomach, balls and legs.

We promise you that every lesson can be felt in the muscles – even after the lessons are over.
