Strength training room

240 square metres of cool training equipment. Our strength training room can be used for fitness training, strength training or rehabilitation.

Strength training area:

  • 4 platforms for free weight training
  • 2 power racks
  • Dumbbell area
  • Machines for training; bench press, leg curl and extension, 2 x cable pull, pulldown, seated rows, glute-ham-raise, hyperextension.
  • Turf for prowler

Cardio area:

  • Concept2 rowing machines
  • 2 adjustable bikes
  • 2 spinning bikes
  • Crosstrainers
  • 2 treadmills

We use the room in class, but you are free to use all the equipment outside of class as well.
