Indoor bike xperience

In the Indoor Bike Xperience classes we make use of the excellent opportunities at the school to combine virtual cycling and indoor cycling. It will be tough, we will be doing virtual races, indoor cycling and spinning - Meanwhile, we will learn a lot more about how to improve our fitness.

VIRTUAL CYCLING - ZWIFT AND MYWHOOSH

We explore the virtual bike routes deliveres by programmes like Zwift, MyWhoosh, Bkool and other platforms. We use them for practise and for racing together, e.g. on the platform of the world championships.

INDOOR CYCLING - MUSIC AND MOTIVATION

We follow our inspiring indoor cycling instructors as we improve our cardio, fitness and endurance.

TARGETING, TESTING AND TRACKING

You can set personal goals and track their progress using fitness, heart rate, speed and distance data. We are going to try targeted cycling tests to see if our training helps. The training will be based on your individual level.

The Indoor Bike Xperience class is the ideal fusion of technology and traditional training, allowing you to explore the world from an indoor bike saddle. It offers a holistic experience of cardio training, entertainment and motivation in an inviting and fun setting.

The good atmosphere of being together and the right personal attitude can really make a difference. We combine the futuristic aspects of virtual cycling with the slightly more traditional spinning. It's just the right cocktail when we explore the limits of the bike.

Indoor cycling is a perfect cardio workout. I have more than 20 years experience with indoor and outdoor cycling. You can get totally euforic when you experience that your body can actually achieve more thatn you thought. It feels amazing when we can share this experience together.
