Skiing is amazing. Many of my most great experiences in nature is from ski trips trying to plan my route down the piste, cooperating with nature and the skis and maybe even exceeding a personal boundary. That is what you will experience in this class, but the cool part is also to notice your progress in your techniques which is also a one of our focus points.

Trail, track & road running

It is awesome to push yourself and experience that you can actually make it faster or further than you think. And it is very satisfactory to be able to set a goal and actually achieve it.

YoSurf'n'Climb

We made this course of classes with a combination of surfing, yoga and climbing, because all three sports has a cool atmosphere to them. In all the sports you use your body in cool ways and I love the relaxed attitude that melts down to a whole life style, where it is all about approaching life in a relaxed way.

Adventure 360

Together we expand our boundaries. Our cheeks colour up when we enjoy the terrain around the school. We challenge ourselves and each other and who knows? We might discover a new favourite activity?

Volleyball / beachvolley

Volleyball is awesome when you feel the tension of the close duels and the intensity, when everyone puts in their best effort. You can’t win if you don’t play as a team. And then I love the cool hang loose atmosphere when we play beach volleyball under the sun. 

Teambuilders & Instructors+

I really value opening the backpack of the students to fill it up with as many tools as possible to be able to make their future challenges easier. And by that I mean all challenges of life – when studying, working or in their private life.

I value positivity and keeping that little extra energy in the daily life. To me it is about using your resources in the best possible way and to know your limits. We practice finding that edge. But most importantly – we stimulate your drive.

Toughest

One of the cool things about this class is the diversity. It really makes space to discover how many different training exercises you can get in nature. The school is located in a hilly forest – our big playground!
