Power endurance sport

In the Power Endurance Sports classes we work on our endurance, so that we can complete a half or full marathon, swim long distances, cycle long distances - and we try our hand at duathlon, x-terra, swimrun, triathlon and biathlon.

We will help you bring your dream to life - regardless of what level you start with.

TRAINING YOUR ENDURANCE

Through a gradual increase in the amount of training, we work to improve your physical capacity so that you are able to perform for longer and longer periods of time.

TRIATHLON REQUIRES TRAINING PLANNING

Through follow-up sessions and guidance, you are trained to take charge of your own training. You will learn to keep a training diary, as disciplined training is very important for a successful endurance performance.

IRON HARD WILL AND SELF-DISCIPLINE

You can complete e.g. a marathon, half-marathon, Olympic-distance triathlon or ½ ironman. We might make our own event at the school, or we take part in organized races at the end of the course (students pay for this themselves).

YOU BRING YOUR OWN RACING BIKE

If you are into cycling or triathlon, you must be aware that you must bring a racing bike to the school. However, you can always ride your own normal bike. We also try mountainbiking - you can borrow a mountain bike from the school.

It's great to push the body a bit and feel that it can actually do more than you think. And then it is always a good satisfaction to set a goal and actually achieve it.

Jakob about power endurance

Being able to complete different distances in all kinds of terrain becomes more and more popular. That requires proper and structured training. I find really exciting to work with training planning to make optimum training and achieve your personal goals.

Thea about power endurance sport

pent a lot of time testing myself on many distances in many different situations. It can give you crazy experiences when you – alone or with friends – actually achieve goals that exceed what you knew as possible. But beware – you can get addicted to the feeling.
