Balanced body & movement

During the Balanced body & Movement classes we try to achieve a balanced body. Many need a supplement for hard training. In these classes de-stress and build up the body by focusing on flexibility, balance and core muscles. We use our breath and focus on the movements.

You get to know different exercises inspired by Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Core training, Redondo balls, Foam roller, Barefoot fitness, Pilates and massage.

We use our amazing yoga room with a view of the forest, but if the weather is right, we use our outdoor pool for SUP yoga or our beautiful park area or the forest for our training sessions as we focus on calmness, presence and inner strength.
