Body & mind is about life style and quality of life. Both body and mind are key in this class as we focus on well-being and wellness. We focus on several activities, e.g. yoga, stretching, relaxation and meditation. You will acquire both theoretical and practical experience.

In this class we work with mindfulness. We all need to find our own pace in a modern hectic life. It is important to find our own way to navigate in life – when to speed up or slow down or when to let go and accept life as it is in every moment. When we reflect and work with ourselves to find our own pace – our own inner speeder and brake we can enjoy life to the fullest and be present in every moment.
