DGL - It's all about life

What do you expect from life - and what does life expect from you? DGL stands for "Det gælder livet" which in translation means something like "For your life" or "Your life depends on it". It is a compulsory class, because we believe that it is important to discuss life. We discuss issues that matter. The questions, choices and conditions that all humans face and are confronted with in their (daily) life.

We relate to themes like prejudice, taboos, friendships, love, evil, death and a whole lot more.

We discuss questions like: What does it mean to be a good person? What is the difference between self-confidence and self-worth? What is the meaning with (your) life? How do you affect other people and how do we affect each other? Can I take credit for the good things I do?

We believe that talking about life gives us more courage to embrace life and its challenges. Through the discussions we learn more about what to expect from life, about what matters to you and to us, about who we are and why we are the way we are.
