RESTITUTION & WELL-BEING

RESTITUTION & WELL-BEING

In Wellness, lifestyle and quality of life are the watchwords. The teaching takes place from a view of human beings, which perceives the human being as a whole consisting of body and spirit, which influence each other dynamically.

In the subject, we work to create harmony so that the students experience a good contact with the body, emotions and thoughts. It’s about being present. When you are present in what you do, and when you know your own accelerator and brake, you get more out of life.

That is the basic view of teaching. In combination with this, we use nature to get closer to ourselves and be present in the present. The teaching is based on the view that nature can influence thoughts and body. Among other things. we make silence in nature and discuss what it can bring to teach outside instead of inside.

What is important to you?

We also discuss the importance of colors and food for body and mind. The subject is directly based on life education’s question of what is right and good for the individual person. What is quality of life and well-being for me? We work with techniques that will make students more aware of themselves and their ability to live life to the fullest. Pupils experience how the various activities and tools affect them. The reactions can be violent. For example, it is not uncommon for a student to start crying when, for example, they learn to breathe properly.

Based on both theory and practice, we talk about what happens to the body and how it is experienced. We talk about the connection between the mental and the physical, and we work to shift focus and attention. Although the body performs the actions, the action takes place in the head.

A break from everyday life.

You are allowed to disconnect and have a break from everyday life. You are allowed to be in a bubble and not have to worry about anything other than just being. We try many different things for both body and soul, physically and mentally.
