TOUGHEST OUTDOOR TRAINING

Nature is our training arena as we give it our all.

It’s tough, and it’s for the hardcore types who like challenges like you know from military training. In Toughest classes, you get dirty and soaked.

But it is fun! Because we do it together. Everything from mud runs, obstacle courses, trail runs, training at our outdoor training rack, open water swimming and other outdoor hardships.

When it’s the hardest, when you run with your feet under water and when you can’t get any dirtier, the good thing is that we’re all there together, and we’re in it together! What these types of training have in common is that they all involve the large muscle groups, and that the training takes place with a relatively high heart rate. This will improve your cardio with the aim of a general improvement in fitness – and hey, it is ok to get dirty meanwhile.

Do you like a variety of outdoor training, experiences and mud? Toughest is about basic training and mental endurance as an individual, but also as a group. We improve our strength and our cardio through varied workouts outside.

The surrounding forest is our playground. But wait! There is more..

VIH TOUGHEST CHALLENGE

Together, we will complete the VIH Toughest Challenge. We prepare for what awaits us. And we know we will get through the hardships together. How can we get through all the trials as a team? The hills, the valleys, the streams, the forest, the mud, the pipes, the heights form an arena for your joint efforts.

That’s what makes Toughest special!

I love experiencing the community we can build when we go in nature together, even if it’s muddy and the hills seem a little insurmountable. It’s just great to feel that you’re alive.
